Style: Red Wine Barrel Aged Belgian Stout
Special Ingredients/Process: Red Wine Barrels, Belgian Yeast, Dark and Chocolate Malts, Demerara Sugar.
Apricity is our Red Wine Barrel-Aged Belgian Stout. After a hot fermentation with Belgian yeast we aged for 1 year in Red Wine barrels. Once complete we blended with a fresh batch brewed in the same way. It has notes of chocolate chip banana bread, warm coffee, mellow spice and orange peel.
