Special Process: Aged in White Wine Barrels for 1 year
Goosander started as a Lager cold fermented and aged for 2 months in stainless then transferred into some fresh White Wine Barrels. It aged for 1 year and was transferred back into stainless where we added a small pinch of Zythos. Goosander is a soft, tart, fruity, wine-like lager with notes of peach skin, white wine, apricot and hay.
