Spookyboi is our decked out October version of Crushyboi. This lager was mashed on a thick autumn bed of barley and oats. After the mash, we added cinnamon sticks and lactose to the boil to give a seasonal pillowy body to enjoy. Post Fermentation we added Pumpkin spice and tea to really punch out the pumpkin spice aroma and flavour.
Tasting notes: Brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, flat white coffee, vanilla, banana and ugg boots kicking through dry autumn leaves.
